Returns:

Return requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You have 14 days to return your item
• If the item remains new, unused, in its original packaging complete with all originally included materials and all tags still attached to the items. 
• If the item is returned in like new condition, in the original packaging with no damage or mileage.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price, minus all discounts and credits, minus a 10% restocking fee and less the shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed once the return is approved. 

Please do not send your product back without contacting us first. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours and prior to the order being shipped are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has already shipped, you can not cancel the order. You (the buyer) will have to sign for the delivery and then you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All approved returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
