Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order (via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, Purolator or other).  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@ampedupscooters.com.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $699.00 USD in the contiguous United States. We offer free shipping for all orders over $1299.00 USD to Canada and Mexico. We do not offer any free shipping for any international orders = orders placed or being shipped outside of North America (inluding all USA territories outside of the contiguous USA).

Customs for International orders:

Amped Up Scooters is not responsible for any customs costs. Every countries charges and policies are different, so it's the responsibility of the buyer to take care of these charges. We will work with you as best we can, to make this process as easy as possible, including having all of the correct paperwork filled out upon arrival at the border.

Please note: 

Once the courier/freight/delivery company has the order, deliveries within the United States usually take between 3-7 business days depending on your geographical location. As mentioned, we will send you the tracking information as soon as we have it, but we also track it until it shows as being delivered, so that you don't have to. Orders being delivered to both Canada and Mexico usually take between 5-10 business days for delivery. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary from 10-20 business days.

Delivery Problems:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible and pay for all delivery costs to re-deliver the order to a corrected address. Amped Up Scooters is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Shipping times stated are only estimates and there might be unexpected delays caused by uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, natural disasters, customs hold ups, shortage of resources (trucks/drivers), accidents etc. Please also allow for delayed shipping times during the holidays.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the package is damaged in any way even if it looks like the product inside is fine, please note the package damage upon signing for the delivery. It is almost impossible to file a claim with the carrier for damages, unless the shipment is noted as damaged upon delivery. So please make sure you note the waybill or bill of lading as being damaged, and take pictures of the packaging if possible. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@ampedupscooters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
